The location near Copacabana beach impressed me. Just a short walk to the sand, and the metro station was right across the street. It made exploring the area super easy. The room was tidy and included a comfortable bed with good air conditioning. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh fruit and pastries. However, it became crowded during peak hours, making it hard to find a spot to sit. Staff were helpful but lacked in providing information about nearby activities, which would have enhanced my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but some improvements in dining logistics and activity guidance would be beneficial.

The staff were incredibly attentive, quickly resolving issues related to our breakfast being double booked.
The air conditioning was uncomfortably strong, making it a little too chilly at times even when adjusted.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, every morning I discovered some new dish to try. One morning, the staff noticed I was struggling with my coffee cup and they came over to offer assistance, it made a difference.
It wasn't cheap but still manageable for the experience I got.

This stay was quite enjoyable as I had the opportunity to explore Copacabana and nearby attractions like the Sugar Loaf cable car. I loved how convenient the location was, being just a short walk from the beach and having the metro station right across the street. The breakfast was a highlight as well, offering various delicious options. However, the room felt a bit cramped and the dining area was often crowded, which made for longer waits during breakfast hours.

The beach was just a short walk away and we enjoyed some great family activities there. We even had a fun day checking out the local market nearby. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist us during our stay with my sister.
My kids wished the dining area had more space.

The location is fantastic, being just a short stroll to the beach with access to local markets. Our stay with two babies was made even better as the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, just like when Pierre experienced exceptional service.
My children wanted more space in the dining area.

The Superior King Room was really comfy. The bed was great and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The shower was nice and had great water pressure. Only downside was the view. we looked into another building, so no sitting by the window. But the room itself felt clean and well-kept. Oh, and I loved the little touch of chocolates they left for us!
